Sparkling. My car. The service. The whole experience was sparkling. There are two car washes in my city but I drive to Plano to Carmel because no one does it better. Did the $44.95 wash. Worth every penny.
Worst experience I've had at a car wash! I was greeted by the manager John who instead of saying "good morning or thanks for visiting" decided to greet me with "we're gonna need to charge you more" because I had a decent amount of mud on my truck. He did a poor job of explaining so I said no, give me the $6 wash. The prewash guy didn't touch my truck and just sent me through the wash. Absolutely terrible customer service. The wash is decent but not worth it since they don't understand customer service and how that works.
Terrible carwash, didn't even get the bugs off!...& ZERO customer service..better off using a garden hose
I washed my car on the 4th of April and presented the cashier with a 5.00 discount coupon that was at the bottom of my previous receipt. He said he would do the coupon and he failed to do so. I trusted him so I didn't check my receipt before actually leaving the premise...I know better now not to trust them. He still charged me 29.95 for full svc and my bank account shows the 29.95 - without the 5.00 discount. They are such crooks!!! From now on I will go to the Addison Car Wash on Addison Road and Arapaho.
I went to go get my car washed inside and out.. Not realizing their "works plus" is only the outside. It was way over priced to not have the inside cleaned too and was still dirty. Was left very unhappy and will definitely never go back
I have been going to the Mockingbird service for years. Lost my 10wash card. Washed yesterday late day. This morning I look at my car and it is very dirty. Did not know it sprinkled yesterday. Came to the car wash the manager was rude...I could not find my receipt...I have been going there for years..I told him I would not return even though I have been a consistent client for years...he said the exit is that way and that he would not wash my car. They suck. Washed my car twice and it was STILL dirty! Never again!
I wrote a review earlier that explained my dislike for this carwash and I still feel that the people I dealt with at the mockingbird location were and are still incompetent. After driving to their other location on Lemmon I met a nice lady by the name of Rose and after looking at my car and getting a quote to fix my car she took care of everything! I usally don't take my sportscar through carwashes like this, I do it by hand myself, but I decided to give it a try. After I got through the car wash and made my way over to the vacum, I had to get out a towel and dry off my car. I then noticed that my car had been damaged down the left side of my car. My splash guards had 4 deep scratches in them and then I noticed a dent about the size of a golf ball under neath my door with more scratches.
