Very good company thank you very much
The service is so bad. They sent me a driver who can not help me with my luggage and it is an airport pick-up.
2 out of 3, car service didnt show up.varofied the night before. Missed appointment. Asked for door to.door. sent cab service couldnt help me into office. I waited 30 mo utes on street waiting for Doctors office to send come down. Incompetent. Unreliable.
We used Carmel for recent transfers from LAX to Aneheim and again from Universal to LAX Both transfers the vehicles were filthy inside it wasn't very professional. The one going to Aneheim drove like a crazy person it was actually scary. The one going to LAX from Universal kept flashing up engine warning didn't seem like it was road worthy Smelt like smoke to. For the price we paid would definatly not recomend this service very disappointing.
Aggressive people. Wish I had never called for a quote. Go anywhere else if you need a ride.
