Only building specs. 1000 people on a waitlist. When the spec is done, they call the first 10 people on the waitlist to scratch each other's eyes out over bidding ON A SPEC home. Online is states their 1600 sq ft home starts at $403 but you don't have the option to build. The spec they have of that one will start at $479 in the "auction". WTH??? The greed in this market has become to the level of complete disgust.
