I have lived here a little over a month. This is the most well kept property I have ever lived in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am so glad I moved here. Natalia and Carlos especially have gone above and beyond!

I am one of the tenants that lives in the Sycamore Park Apts. I never got a chance to use the swimming pool, and how other tenants always use the pool and always hog the pool. I feel that the pool should be open in 24 hours, because I never got a chance to use the swimming pool. I feel that people should take turns using the pool. Can't recommend at this time! – I've lived in this complex for close to two years and I'm having a problem with management at this time. Case in point, I live across from a very loud heat pump unit(Goodman)on the first floor and I've called twice now to have them fix the loud screeching noise with no resolution of the problem. I just learned that a neighbor of mine had called this morning about the same problem. You can do whatever you want!! – This is one neat place to live!! You can do whatever you want, don't worry about the lease, it is not enforced at all. (EXCEPT PARKING) But you can use charcoal bbq's and have any kind of dog you want. The rules say no pits or rotts, but we have both and they have been here for a while. The rules say nothing outside your garage, but you can put your dish out there if you want, there are currently 4 of them out in front of the garage area, lease says no, but hey no enforcement!!! Simply the best – We lived here for 6 months in 2005. We absolutely loved it. We had a 2 bed/2 1/2 bath townhome with a 2 car garage and it was very nice. We had just sold out home and needed somewhere to stay until we decided to purchase a new home. Comming from a 4 bedroom home, we had a ton of stuff, most of which we had to put into storage.
