These apartments are not bad, If you do not expect to much. There is no assigned parking, so you park where ever... if you can find a spot. The laundry room is rarely clean and takes only smartcards no change. It takes a while for somethings to get fixed, I personally have problems in my bathroom which have never been addressed.
