The best experience I’ve had ever with an alteration! Had a bridesmaid dress shortened for a great price. Just picked it up and it was freshly steamed and fit perfectly! Also was provided a new dress bag since my own dress didn’t come with one! 10/10 would recommend!
I’ve been going to PJ Alterations for several years at this point, and they are affordable, speedy, and very skilled. I was so touched that they are also making free masks for the public, which is incredibly generous in a time when they aren’t getting any business. Love, love them! (Pic is a skirt they made from a strapless dress I had!)

I’ve now brought in two different dresses to have altered. The first on a JJill linen dress to shorten. Pretty straight forward and well done. The second dress was a Talbot’s shift dress w/ pockets on the seam, side underarm hidden zipper, and a half lining from the shoulders. I’d recently lost weight and b/c I really liked the dress had it taken in. Normally I’d wear a petite but b/c of my extra boobs/and rear I needed a Missy to compensate for the extra girth.
