I’ve been using Carmazzi Real Estate for over two years now to maintain our rental property in Sacramento. Matt is great, we’ve had zero complaints from neighbors/renters. He’s responsive, professional, and has helped guide us each year through all of the paperwork necessary for taxes, leasing, etc. I am in the military and am gone a lot; glad to have someone to count on that completely relieves any stress with respect to our home. Matt takes care of both the owners and the tenants well. He regularly follows-up with us, collects rent, transfer rent, send statements, etc. Also communicates and takes care of any concern from tenants. Overall, I am happy that we went with Matt and would recommend him for your property management.

Carmazzi Real Estate has gone above and beyond in managing our rental property for us. He has always found us excellent tenants, and is very responsible and responsive when there is an issue.
We hired Carmazzi Real Estate in 2013 to manage our three rental properties. I wish we had done this earlier. Matt has been on top of changes to laws and trends in real estate.
