BUYER BEWARE On Sunday 2/21/2021, I visited the Carmax dealership located at 3100 Mt. Zion Pkwy, in Stockbridge Georgia. I was accompanied by my brother and grandmother. Our hope was to purchase a vehicle that was affordable, safe and well maintained with no issues. We purchased a 2010 GMC Terrain, that was equipped with all the bells and whistles. I purchased my car on February 8, 2021. Horrible service and sales agent was a complete moron. The first time I inquired about the car it took them over an hour to find it...That was my first red flag. I inquired 2 other times to see the car again after my first encounter and time was always an issue. I finally purchased the car and it was delivered dirty. I had to request a thorough cleaning be performed on the car and asked for a loaner of which they claim they had none and provided an Uber to and fro during service cleani... read more
