I have only looked at stuff on the website have not purchased anything yet just looking right now
Extremely frustrated, unhappy, overwhelmed, and stressed with the customer service at this location. The salesman, DreWan Johnson, provided terrible service, as did his supervisor. I will never purchase a vehicle from any CarMax location and will advise others to avoid it as well. It is evident that the company overall lacks proper customer service training for its employees.
Professional, friendly, informative, transparent, simple. Pleased with the shopping and purchasing processes. Would do again.
I highly recommend CarMax. Caveh Askary was the sales associate that sold me my new truck. Caveh is awesome! He helped me throughout the entire process and made the process of buying a new car really easy. I highly recommend CarMax to anyone looking to buy a new car, and ask for Caveh. Thank you!
