I called and booked an appointment because I looked online and saw a Dodge Charger R/T. This is the worst customer experience I have encountered. I was greeted when I walked in but then had to wait for a sales person, mind you there was four standing around talking, the young man came back and said are going to take for a test drive. Well yeah that was the point of my visit. So off we go to find the car, had to wait while he moved three cars, my son suggested he warm the car up so we could speed up the test drive. Kyle was my sales rep. He was great and very professional. There was no pressure to buy anything whatsoever. It was a great exoerience from the time I walked in the front door to the time I drove off with a new car. The whole process took about 4 hours and everyone who I came into contact with was courteous and professional. Great place to get your new used car!!!
My husband and I had a great experience at CarMax. Our representative Dakota was very knowledgable with the process of buying our SUV. Some of the car features she was unsure of but assisted to get answers. Overall the experience was pleasant and would recommend others to CarMax
