Wonderful experience, I called the evening before and spoke with josh he knew what I was looking for so when I came in the next day Jon had already had some cars for me to look at. There was no pressure and I got to test drive several cars before I made my decision. I got an awesome Acura for a good price, the paperwork was quick and easy. I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from them in October 2017. Didn't purchase an extended warranty because I didn't think I needed to because of the rave reviews I was hearing about carmax.
