Their service was great but the guy I went to ran my credit like crazy & it didn’t even need to be ran I was trading & paying cash that’s a hard inquiry then I was going to sell back a few months later & carmax offered me 10,000 , then 9000 I gave them a 2023 Chevy Malibu with only 31,000 they are differently getting over big time , I paid new 29,000 I should have kept my car lesson taught & learned
The process started online, and it was very smooth. I had the vehicle reserved and delivered to the closest Carmax. We went and did a test drive, and a few days later we went and brought my new baby home! Our salesman was Edgar in Modesto CA and he took very good care of us! Made sure we understood everything and made the in person process easy as well.
