Customer service was great. The process was quick and easy. We viewed the vehicle online Friday night. Decided to test drive Saturday afternoon, and by Saturday evening we drove our new Jeep home!

I came in for an appraisal and was told I was on the waiting list. I waited 30 minutes and went to the front desk to inquire of my position on the waitlist. The sales consultant advised my name wasn’t on the list. I wasted 30 minutes of my life because of someone error. Before sitting down make sure the idiots put your name on the list.
