A very good place to buy a second hand car! Professional agents, well maintained cars, and reasonable/non-negotiable pricing. This is the first time I purchased at CarMax, but it won’t be the last.
Service department is the worst! They keep hanging up. & when they finally answer you’re on hold for 20-25 mins.
I enjoyed it so much i bought a car there.
First car buying experience was great and their financing was a good deal. My sales guy was Larry Lucas who was laidback and nice. He let me know to please contact him if anything went wrong after the sale which I really appreciated. I went a total of two times. Once to browse the lot at our leisure because even tho it looks great online some cars had visible damage to rims etc. I got pre-approved online so I knew how much everything would be.
