We had looked at a lot of cars throughout the metroplex. We drove a few and considered some. But buying at CarMax felt comfortable and no-pressure. The fact that I didn’t have to put my armor on and negotiate gave me peace of mind and helped me buy other confidence. After seeing a lot of cars, I knew the price CarMax was charging for the car I bought was within the parameters of the same cars I was considering. Great experience overall.

They putting incorrect / higher Car trim Online to trap Customer! Like we shortlisted Lexus RX 350 premium plus and drove 40 miles from home to only find it’s NOT premium plus. And then they have to say - it happens!
