Selection and Prices not as good as it used to be
Armando was Great from start to finish, experience of buying a car with him was the best we ever had and super fast. Definitely would see him again to buy another Car!!
After being a customer of CarMax for over 20+ years, I can no longer support them and need to spread the word. Please do not go to CarMax for a vehicle. Reference my Sterling, VA review for a full idea of why. And Do NOT purchase the extended warranty as CarMax Plus or whatever it is now is a variety of 3rd party companies that CarMax wipes clean of their reliability and doesn't tell you it's not them that provides this warranty in the purchasing of the vehicle. DO NOT GO TO CARMAX.
I was treated fairly and promptly. The carmax staff were very professional. I would recommend the Garland store to anyone in need of a dependable vehicle. I am completely satisfied with my GMC Canyon. Thanks for your courtesy and professional service.
