Just don’t do it. Sometimes you buy out of desperation but it’s important to wait until you can purchase from a reputable dealership and CarMax is not it. Bought a vehicle in February, didn’t last past 8 months. They don’t do honest inspections and know that most won’t get a mechanic to inspect before purchasing. Really acomidsting
Asked about a specific truck and just wanted to know if had been smoked in. No matter how professionally they cleaned it, cigarettes smell don't wear off. They told me I had to go in person, well I am not driving 4 hours just to smell a car.
Wonderful customer service and I received the amount I was quoted.
