this place is aweful they lied to my mother from the beginning and told her there was one owner and there wasnt. we went to a different carmax in raleigh nc and find out the truth about the car and trying everything we can now just to get the car sold or takin off her hands.
They sell over priced lemons. Their autocheck tells you nothing of the vehicles service history, even though they claim it is better than a Carfax...yes because it's a cheaper report and tells you 1/2 as much! Also all of their vehicles were leased/rentals for the most part...which means beaten up cars that are ready to fall apart.
They gave me the wrong vehicle. They gave me an unregistered uninsured motor vehicle
Just so everyone know NEVER go to Car Max! A friend told me they would be able to do the emmisions on my car, ok cool. I got there and they guy that was going to do it talked to me like I was some sort of idiot, whatever. So they take the car around to their spot. 35 MINUTES later they come around to me and tell me they cant do the emissions because their machine isnt working.
