I called ahead to Carmax to find out what the policy was regarding "Lemon Law/Buy Back" vehicles. I sat on hold for 15 minutes waiting for a sales rep. I was eventually greeted by Rick (no last name). Rick informed me that my type of vehicle should be no problem, and that the value of my vehicle because of this would only be affected "by a little bit".
