Trash. One lady handling calls was the rudest person I have spoken to in many years. Interrupting, talking down, repeating things that didn’t need repeating as if she thought I could not understand her. Horrific customer service. I literally got off the phone like wow, I can’t believe I’ve been made to feel this way when trying to buy a car. She mentioned there weren’t any managers around. She literally cost them a vehicle purchase.
These people sold my 73 year old mother a Escalade that had been in a car accident that was so bad the entire rear end was pulled from a different vehicle. The tires alone were not even roadworthy. The Escalade is back on their website being sold as a "non-accident" vehicle. These people are criminals, so please trust me when I say, buy somewhere else.
