We had a GREAT person to deal with while purchasing our vehicle but this 68 year old lady needs to show the cleaning crew how to clean a car! There was a tampon in a door pocket, cheerios under a seat, sauce on 2 of the leater seats, glitter in the carpet, white powder in the glove box, and the list goes on. I spent over 2 hours detailing and cleaning just the inside of my car so it would look presentable!! Hope this isn't how you clean each car.

Car I purchased keeps giving me problems service department was at least helpful. But the car kinda sucks. 1 year review dropped from 2 star to 1 star. They still suck! Vehicle has been in a shop 5x's in 12 months. Carmax keeps sending me letters about delinquent payments and tacking on late fees. I make payments through equity to you but carmax doesn't cash the checks, so equity to you will cancel them and issue a new one and again Carmax wont cash them. So my credit is effected.
