Run, don't walk from this location. The Lakeland location is the most inept business I have ever come across. Drove over two hours to buy a vehicle, only to be told I didn't have the right documents. Came back the next day, with the correct documents and then they inform us they "lost" the title for the vehicle we were buying. Wasted an insane amount of time and workers we no help at all nor do they respond. Zero stars if I could give it.
Such an easy process to sell you car! Highly recommend.
Easy, fast
First off the greeting and beginning of the process here was good. I was pre-approved to buy something all thought and my wife and I found a truck that we wanted. Then the problem ensued as that specific vehicle could not be financed by them. No one could give me a clear answer as to why and so we left. We ended up purchasing a vehicle from a competitor.
