Where do I even start? I’m writing this review while I’m STILL sitting at CarMax waiting. I have had an absolutely terrible experience with CarMax from beginning to end. I have been car shopping for nearly two years after previously being burned by another dealership, so I was extremely cautious going into this process. Empty trip to visit dealership. The car of interest did not have the desired safety features. Nice people who tried to help me find the right car.
Excellent customer service. Best way to get a quality used car that meets your requirements. The service department is top notch . My experience was positive at every level. Purchasing the vehicle, and having the car serviced.
Went too sell my truck, they acted like they were taking it. Waited at least 30 minutes after going through the whole process just for them to tell me they won't take it.
