I had an excellent experience at CarMax Fort Wayne from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and completely stress-free. Simple and easy. I sold my truck here after taking it to two different places that offered me much less for it. Carmax gave me the best price and I had a check before I left. No arguments just deals.
First person helped me a lady was not very personalable at all and could care less attitude. Second person, was someone who came down from Michigan and was helping the store due to being short handed. He was very nice to talk to and improved my experience with them. Said they cleaned the car real quick before I left ans that their service was 'fast'. Didn't do a clean ovwr as they stated. Overall, took over 4 hours and would not recommend.
They try really hard to give you the best experience here. Customer service is usually always on point. Shot outs Mac and Mohammed for the work they do. Austin is always super helpful.
