Every person at the Ft Wayne Carmax shows an extremely high degree of professionalism. Specifically Shannon and Macallister. Keep up the amazing work. I highly recommend this store!!!
Drove in about an an hour and half away. Sold my car, CarMax had the best offer by far to sell to them. Did all paper work online beforehand. Once i arrived the process was very quick, signed some physical paperwork for the title transfer, think we were done within 20 minutes, walked out with check in hand. Will definitely consider CarMax when i am in the market for a newer vehicle next time.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I drove almost 2 hours to purchase a vehicle from this location and initially had high hopes. Unfortunately, the experience quickly became frustrating and disorganized. I ended up using the 10-day return policy because the first vehicle was not a good fit for my family. At the time of the return, I had already completed paperwork to purchase a second vehicle from them.
