Ok experience
Selling my car to Carmax was the fastest and easiest process I've ever experienced! They appraised my car and less than an hour and cut the check on the spot. They were very professional also. I will be purchasing another car with them very soon!
I had an amazing experience! My agent was David and he was kind and patient! He answered all my questions and reassured me and even stayed late to make sure I was taken care of! The ladies who worked in the business office even gave me some bags as a gift for buying my first car lol! I'd highly recommend them!!
Easy sale. Sold them my mom's 21 year old car. Gave me best price more than anybody. Didn't looked anything but paint job.
