I had a Porsche sent to the Kenner location and when it arrived it look like a piece of junk
CarMax experience was a smooth one. I simply went on the website, entered my car's information, and the computer generated a price quote for the car. Weather I agreed or disagreed; there was no pressure to sell. When I made the decision to sell, I simply pulled up to the physical location without an appointment, and an associate helped me right away. Plenty of cars to see. Don't buy without looking at the car first. Online didnt represent the actual body of car sometimes. Looked at 7 cars. Now the issue was not enough personnel working there. The wait time was insane. Had to walk away due to that.

It is advisable to avoid dealing with Brittany, as she may rush you and attempt to sell you a warranty due to her commission. The car was returned due to the lack of communication, and Brittany was unwilling to schedule a service repair for the first car I was interested in. Please be aware.
