Having to deal with major dealership throughout Chicago and North suburbs was a horrible experience. Walked in to get a car appraisal. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and offered some water since it’s mighty hot outside. Carlos Rivera was the gentleman who helped us out and although we decided not to sell or buy a car at this time, his advice was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured. When ready will definitely go back to this carmax.
