**Update** I must say that Erica in Service was always the bright spot in dealing with this location but everything else has really gone down about the car that I purchased. Having only had it 2 plus years I had the turbo charger on a 2016 Volvo XC 90 serviced 3 times and now I have a blown motor that is conveniently out of warranty scope to get it fixed. Several repair shops have stated that they wont work on vehicles from Carmax because they dont like to pay for repair work and it has become even more evident as to why. I ... read more
