We had an excellent experience with Reggie on 11/8/2025. We went back the following day for clarifications with the MaxCare Warranty which was further explained to us by a manager who clarify our misunderstandings. Great customer service and professionalism.
It is crazy when the pick up time is more than 2 hours. It took them 2 hour and 7 minutes. Come on fleet department, it’s just a one car.
I usually don’t write long reviews, but this experience at CarMax deserved one — especially because of the way it ended. Before I ever walked into the store, the process honestly felt frustrating. I had a very negative experience at this location. One of the employees was rude and made inappropriate jokes about my religion and appearance. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend visiting this branch.
