I bought my Dodge ram 1500 pick up truck at Carmax Kenosha, Wisconsin, but before I got it home to the garage, the engine light went on. I took it back. to the dealership and they were very accommodating, couldn’t get at it for a day or so, but found out that the truck had a big issue. The cam was shot. I am waiting on a new cam truck was taken back to Palm and Dodge. Carmax has let me use a loaner car in the time being but it’s been over a month still waiting for the cam to come in.
We bought a 2021Subaru Ascent April of last year. Great experience with sales agent. Fast forward renewing plate sticker, We been driving the car for a year and just found out our lincense Plate registered to this car is not mine.Now I have to go to our local DMV to get it change And CarMax cannot help me fix this problem they created. So lesson learned double check registration papers before ending transaction. Just venting.
They ran my credit for an auto loan. One I never approved of. I will be placing a formal complaint against this location with the proper agencies. Beware. You did not have explicit permission to run my credit further than a pre-approval.
