Really disappointed in carmax. We bought my husband's 22 ram from them less then 30 days ago and it has already had to go in for service twice. The service guy i dealt with didn't seem to care. Its sad that carmax chooses to sell cars with multiple issues and no regard for people's time. Also dont appreciate the attitude from the service guy who checked me in.
I would’ve given five stars, because my sales rep: Colin was amazing. He definitely gets five stars. And then there was the guy who made my coffee. He definitely gets five stars. So my experience was great. Except the person who handled the plates. Her customer service was awful. And that’s why Carmax gets for stars
I went to multiple dealerships this last Thursday, was completely exhausted after every one. Decided to try one more… carmax in Kenosha, had an idea of what I wanted. Let me update you on this purchase and how we definitely had gave AJ an outstanding review because what we thought was an amazing gesture of pure honesty and great customer service to put us in a great vehicle! But unfortunately it has been a roller coaster since the 1st incident with the back up camera not working, then the radio went out, which mind I controls heat, air, radio, camera and much more.
