Today my husband and I went to carmax to have some initial conversations and test drive vehicles. Unfortunately, there were numerous moments where I felt the salesperson we dealt with was unprofessional. Easy process. We were helped by Michael. He was wonderful! Love my suv! Ordered it from a different state and it arrived quickly. They even detailed it and filled up the gas tank before I drove it off the lot Definitely recommend!
We got an online offer from CARMAX to sell our low mileage 2021 vehicle. The offer was very reasonable but some CARMAX reviews indicated their offer was reduced at the dealership. We made an appointment and Gary got the evaluation going setting a likely time estimate. Within the estimated time frame, he told us the stated amount was good and documents would be ready in 15 minutes. As promised we signed documents and received a check for the full offer.
