We came to CarMax in Gulfport, MS, planning to help our son purchase a vehicle, but left disappointed. No one greeted us at first because employees were on their phones, and when we were finally acknowledged, we were told there were “no chairs available,” even though the showroom was empty with plenty of comfortable customer chairs.
