Only reason I'm doing 2 stars is because the people in this store are very nice . The car i bought pictures did not show all the scratches all over the exterior of the car that once I took it home and the sun hit I seen them all very clearly. They sent my title late. And then they made it an & instead of or on my title and made it extremely difficult to get my title so my husband had to take off work because I couldn't just go get it alone . Monopolistic and predatory business model. Trying to drive prices up on used cars. Horrible.
After being a customer of CarMax for over 20+ years, I can no longer support them and need to spread the word. Please do not go to CarMax for a vehicle. Reference my Sterling, VA review for a full idea of why. And Do NOT purchase the extended warranty as CarMax Plus or whatever it is now is a variety of 3rd party companies that CarMax wipes clean of their reliability and doesn't tell you it's not them that provides this warranty in the purchasing of the vehicle. DO NOT GO TO CARMAX.
