I have bought three SUV's from this CarMax in the last year and half. No problems with the sales people, the business office, or the maintenance department, which by the way has been very minimal. I highly recommend the purchase of a quality used vehicle offered at a reasonable price from this CarMax.
Absolutely horrible and unscrupulous dealer. Sat on car title for over 2 months after selling/trading the car to another local dealer. They should have their dealer license revoked for such business practices. Anyone who deals with them should be prepared for disappointment and frustration.
Great way to do business. Many rate a company based on one or two people in the entire organization. Like getting a bad server when eating out and ending up hating the entire restaurant because of it mentality. Plus, most people aren't aware enough to understand a good deal anyway.
