Thank you to Kamisha in the service call center! As a new car owner I had no idea what I was looking at or for when it came to my cars warranty. She was able to assist me quickly and gave me all of the information I needed and more, all the while having a positive attitude and tone.
Staff is very helpful and courteous.
Muntii was amazing the whole way through. He welcomed us in, guided me through the process of getting an appraisal, and then helped us through finalizing the sale of my car. He was incredibly kind, present and attentive. When certain potential blocks arose, he had a calm approach to finding new solutions. I highly recommend working with him at the Denton, TX location. Great guy, he deserves a raise. <3
Worst place ever. Got through all of the necessary paper work. Upload this upload that. I might as well of given them a pint of blood. To find out that Car Max would not do business with me and would not tell me why. After making three trips from Dallas to Denton. Total crap. Car Max in general not a good place to do car buying business with.
I purchased a car from CarMax Denton, and the very next day I noticed some issues. When I brought it back, Muntii was quick to step in and made sure the technician, Shawn, took a look at it right away. They were very apologetic about the situation, and their customer service was absolutely top-notch. Since the car required some fixes, Shawn and Louis helped me get set up with a loaner vehicle so I wouldn’t be without transportation.
