Overall great location that was easy to work with. Felicity was sales person I worked with; with help from Matt and Toast. I ended up returning the vehicle after not liking it but it was still a good experience. I would use Carmax again if I was in the market for a used car.
"I had a very bad experience at this CarMax location. I went in to get an appraisal for my car and ended up waiting almost two hours. They took all my information and photos of the car, then told me I could leave and they would email the appraisal to me. I waited all day but received nothing. I also checked their online system and couldn't find anything. Very bad customer service."
Matt Xf manager did an amazing job making sure we were taken very cold care of and happy with our purchase. Would highly recommend this location. If you ever have any issues just ask to talk with Matt the XF manager he is amazing
I sold my car here and they were very easy to work with. Once they inspected my vehicle, they honored the price I had been quoted online, processed the paperwork, and I left with a check. The process didn't take very long and they were very professional.
Stephany did a great job closing and finishing paperwork on the sale of my card, Carmax. She was efficient and friendly. We really appreciated how quickly she got the job done.
