Terrible customer service from Luis at the front desk. I drove all the way across town to get an in person appraisal on my car and instead Luis forced me to do an online appraisal instead without even being seen by any of their assessors. If I wanted to do an online appraisal, could've done that at home...they were too lazy to do in person appraisals so are pushing for online, even when physically present in the store.

Everyone was very cordial and knowledgeable about the cars they are selling. Brody and Kat were very courteous and knew what they were talking about. They had answers for all the questions putvto them. They are a great team and I would not be afraid to work with either of them if I should want to purchase another vehicle. I give them both an 11 out of 10. I feel they went overboard to make sure I understood what was happening and going on . They did'nt leave us hung up on anything. A very good good crew all around.
