I recently sold my car to Carmax as they offered the highest price for my car. Honestly, it's a dealership so everyone already knows what to expect and this place is no different. Compared to other locations this place doesn't have as much selection. As for my selling experience, this took way too long. I already got my offer from online but they had to check again in person then print out and sign all documents, all of which took over an hour to do even though i had all documents. EDIT: Just an update. I did try to reach out to the location and played phone tag for 3 days before giving up as the manager was consistently unavailable any time I called and other associate did not offer to assist. I've repaired everything myself and crickets from the dealership. Once again only purchase from here if you are prepared for some repairs in the near future Really can’t recommend this place.
