I bought a car from carmax, the sales rep was friendly made everything easy and got me into the car I wanted, little did I know I would grow to hate this vehicle I haven't even had it a year and I have taken the car for a number of repairs the car had a recall. We have had a bad experience with carmax. we bought a car there and within the first 30 days they say they will fix anything for free. what they don't tell you is that it may take 3 times of bringing you car in to get the simplest thing fixed right. There service center isn't open on the weekends and closes by 5pm on weekdays. The buying process didn't go very smooth because the representive we worked with didn't know the answers to our questions most of the time. I feel we didn't get the best car for the price.
