Great experience selling our car. Rebekah was fantastic.
Have purchased several vehicles from CarMax, along with maxcare (never needed it). Until this last one, bought a 2025 f150 with 85k miles, and maxcare with $200 deductible. I have put 2500 miles on it in 8 months, so far has cost me 1600 in deductibles, literally a piece of trash and maxcare has fought every step to make sure they provide the minimum possible.
