I was very happy with my experience. I was able to do the majority of what I needed to do online before I even got to the store. Once I arrived I was greeted right away and was able take a test drive without a salesperson accompanying me. CarMax answered all my questions and everyone was friendly and helpful. I appreciate not having to haggle over a price and I am especially thankful there is no high pressure pitch to buy "extras". Janelle Bowlin was knowledgeable and professional. When my car was totaled in an accident, I needed to look for another car quickly. A family member recommended CarMax and helped me look at available cars online. She had used CarMax twice to sell cars and to buy cars. I knew I wanted a used car and I found the perfect car. If you’re looking to trade in your car or find a new one, I would recommend using a Carmax. They make it super easy and less convoluted. I don’t find it intimidating to talk to any of the staff, their customer service is excellent! They make sure you’re taken care of. I usually find the process frustrating and exhausting, but they made it fast and oddly enjoyable.
Kolton Patterson was efficient, professional and kind! Would recommend Carmax to anyone. No "bait and switch" !!!
