went to look at a vehicle at salem carmax. they said it had been through services. car was filthy and on empty. the worst thing was that the front tires were bald on the outside edges and they refused to acknowledge and correct this very obvious safety issue.
Fast, efficient, friendly, helpful and fair.
Every interaction with friendly, knowledgeable staff was productive. Each person we met was personable and relaxed. After we drove away in our new to us car it felt like we were leaving friends behind. We will definitely keep CarMax in mind when looking for a future vehicle as it was truly not just a no hassle experience but an enjoyable one as well.
