Great customer Service.
There were some flaws on my car that weren't disclosed. I didn't discover them until I went to the car wash. Some scratches in the paint. The tires wire really dry rotted. So much so that I replaced them the next day after noticing. I was kind of surprised that they would send a car out with such a safety issue. After the shipping fee, and new tires, I wish I would have just bought locally. It probably would have been cheaper and faster.
Purchased two vehicles here so far and both experiences were so much better than your typical dealership. When one of the vehicles purchased had an issue with the A/C, they made it right free of charge. Highly recommend CarMax Norman if you loathe the dealership experience.
