Only reason its great is Taylor! I had waited weeks for a truck shipped from out of state it landed in OK and for two weeks I waited which is expected but to get texts and calls from the call center saying its ready to go and upon calling I got some female who couldn't stop poping her gum or lips to have a decent conversation for just 2 seconds is highly unprofessional. I just edited my review thanks to Gustavo. He came out and removed the front vanity plate holder that was uglying up my Mazda Miata. He even put plugs in for me!! I didn't even have an appointment. Thanks Gustavo!! You've made me a believer again. I don't think we will be going back. With all the lawsuits and problems people are having with CarMax and the fact that our family is now dealing with the same thing, I've lost all faith in them. My son bought a car in November of 2024. Bought my first car at Norman Carmax and I was FLOORED with how easy it was!! Taylor was an absolute superstar and made the process so painless, easy to understand and honestly, fun!!! If you go to Carmax in Norman, DEFINITELY ask for Taylor!!! Though, I'm sure the whole team is great!!!
