They were a bit pricier on the trucks that I was looking at, but they bought my truck for 5 grand over what I owed! That allowed me to get a nicer truck! I don't think we will be going back. With all the lawsuits and problems people are having with CarMax and the fact that our family is now dealing with the same thing, I've lost all faith in them. My son bought a car in November of 2024. It was a 2023 Chevrolet with under 50k miles. The alternator just went out and left him, his partner, and 4 children stranded in the heat out of town on their first day of vacation. Did they buy the Extended Warranty? No Brian, they didn't. Extremely decietful, told them we wanted the gap insurance, was told we did not waive the gap insurance, when we tried to file a claim on the gap insurance we found we didn't have the insurance. Filed complaints with the Corporate office, was told we would be called back and wasnt for over a week, was told they would help us get into another vehicle, but did not do anything out of the ordinary to help.
