Unexpected great experience. Fair price and seamless 1.5 hour transaction time from arrival to check. Final offer was same as online offer. Somewhat lower than private sale, but a lot less hassle with the assurance that all the paperwork was done properly.
I recently purchased a vehicle through CarMax that I had reserved and shipped to this location. The initial experience was smooth — I went in for a test drive and had no issues. I reserved the car for three days ( Carmax gives 7 days after test drive though ) to take the time I needed to finalize the decision.
