Experience was good. I was getting a second key made for my recent purchase . Only suggestion I would have would be to set customers expectations as to how long a task like this takes. I never thought it would take an hour. Job was well done but I didn’t think it would take that long.
The associate who helped us, Michael, was wonderful. He was very friendly and informative. He was also very nice to our 6-year-old. All the employees were very welcoming and helpful.
Jared was wonderful, very kind and helpful and genuinely wanted to help me find the right car. I have nothing but good things to say about Carmax. No muss no fuss. Just great. People are nice and knowledgeable. I will never go to a dealer again.
