This review is exclusively for the CarMax service department. My sales experience was fine, but their service team is highly disappointing. I bought a Lincoln Corsair from CarMax and did a 24-hour test drive before deciding to purchase. The buying experience was mostly smooth—no pressure, great communication from the salesman, and an easy express pickup process. I purchased a vehicle last week that I had shipped from out of state (fast shipping with great communication) when the vehicle arrived to Roswell I was reached out to to schedule an appointment! I had a great experience and James M was wonderful! Highly recommend!
