The contrast between this location and the one in Cordova is night and day. The employee I spoke with, Tonia, was quite rude. She belittled my intelligence and made smart remarks about me during my visit. It’s also less convenient than the one in Cordova. You have to reserve a car to test drive it. That’s very inconvenient, as you would possibly have to visit here multiple days to find the right car. I don’t see why you’d come here versus the Cordova location. Most of the staff is nice, but Tonia was unprofessional.
I had an amazing experience here. I arrived right when they opened and was helped right away. If you visit this location, definitely ask for DJ, he was fantastic. He took the time to find the best deals, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. He made sure I understood every step of the process, which I really appreciated. Thanks to his help, I was able to trade in my old car and drive away with a brand new one. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received.
