CARMAX was very good and fair to deal with
I have bought two cars from them and when I ask about the breaks, tires, engine they usually give a broad answer like “we inspect the car but we wouldn’t put it on the lot if something was wrong with it” in the end I still have to take it to an auto shop to get a 360 degree inspection. I bought a Lexus in November of last year and was not aware my key holder wasn’t working. Now I’m trying to get a hold of someone to see if it can be fixed.
