Today I went to Carmax with questions and concerns about my extended warranty. An sales employee named CeeCee Smith first approached me outside to ask me what I needed help with. I explained to her my issue, which she proceeded inside to assist me with my issue. Called and scheduled a test drive after confirming the vehicle's availability. I was told the appointment time I wanted was unavailable and took a later time. Then I get a text confirming. I then call my wife and reshuffle our evening plans to accommodate. 30 minutes after confirming they call and text saying they don't do appointments at that time.
