I have a little of a backstory. I had a vehicle that couldn't be traded in and I am trying to rebuild my credit after devastation I sustained years ago outside of my control. Mike, who is one of the reps, helped me every step of the way and I left with my 16 Mazda cx5 that day. This was a huge achievement for me in many ways and I have Carmax and Mike to thank for that.
RecommendedMy husband and I purchased a car from here. Nick was awesome from the start. We had to go back there today for a title issue. Because of the issue they stated they will pay the registration fees on the car and they gave us a free tank of gas today. Would have had a lower payment if our credit was better but I really thought we couldn't get financed. They proved me wrong and I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this place. Their customer service is outstanding.

Has a wonderful experience purchasing a used car from CarMax today. Zach at CarMax in Manchester NH was very professional to deal with and organized everything for us. The only negative was that we had this car shipped from North Carolina which took three weeks and while in transit, no one had any idea where it was and when it would show up. When it did arrive, the car was exactly as advertised.

Get your car from Carrie. She went through the history of the car and even went through the history of the car that I was trading. She told me details that I didn't even know about my own car. I'm so grateful for he help. I usually hate buying a car but she made the process easy.
I recommend CarMax. They did everything in there power to get me into a car ! I love my Nissan Sentra SR . Christian Reilly was a terrific sales man along with his team . I can’t of asked for a better experience when buying a car!!! Thank you
