Ordered a truck online and it too almost 2 weeks for them to ship it under 300 miles. At the South Portland location, I arrived for a 10:30 appointment to process the paperwork and that's where it really went bad. The salesperson I had was totally inept. She had to keep asking me the same questions over and over because she had no Idea what she was doing.
