Carmax does not run a carfax reason hmmmm so they can use what they want I bought honda civic from myrtle beach location. There report shows no accident ever not true I ran a carfax report and its 32 pages long I informed carmax something wrong pluse car had no airbags the people that work there would not do anything so after proof that car was wrecked and had aftermarket parts on it after telling them theres no airbags in that car well sept I was in head on accident I was hurt very bad no airbags deployed carmax is a freak... read more
Thanks to the excellent after sales service provided by Chris Sparks and the entire management team. I visited the store during my vacation and Chris helped me to find the car that I could not resist to buy. Most importantly, they continued helping me with the challenges/Issues when I tried to register the car back to my state. They guided me through the process and supported the additional inquiries by the DMV in my state promptly. I appreciate their services very much and would recommend this dealership to anyone.
