I had a long & surprisingly good experience with CarMax. I bought a car, decided I didn't like it and returned it within the 10 day limit. Very smooth process getting every penny back. Took a break & then started shopping again. Had a car shipped up from LA ($200). When it was finally available for me to test drive it was in immaculate condition. High interest rates for used cars. Highly recommend RCU used autos on Santa Rosa Ave. If you are looking for a certain car, talk to Henry and he will find you whatever car you want. Seriously! I got a Honda 2025 500 miles with a 6% Apr. I’m so glad I left when carmax tried selling me a car with 14% Apr having a 770 credit score I said heck no!
If I could it would be a 0 start or negative stars. I first drove 2 hours to this location on 5/30/2025 because they had the 2021 Lesux I wanted so bad, it was in perfect shape. The guy Peter who assisted me on my second day, 5/31/2025,there to view the car and I specifically inquired about the GAP insurance and wanted this added, it was only $23-28 added to my car purchase. when I looked over paperwork at home, the GAP insurance was not added, and I called up there to see how to correct this issue and I was told I would get... read more
