If you need help with any type of car selection or you’re generally curious about a certain maker model, Christian is your guy. He had all the information for any question that I had and helped me get into my new car with my wife and my two kids. Would highly recommend.
Sales people and buying process are great, however I ended up returning my car in the first 10 days after getting a flat and finding out from my tire shop that the tires we're all expired AND 2 of them had cracks in the sidewall & were not safe to drive on. Either carmax didn't really do the inspection they claimed or knowingly sold me a car with faulty tires and now I feel like they're shady so looking elsewhere.
I was in California visiting my mom and she started having some trouble with her car. She tried calling CarMax and spoke with a gentleman who made the process feel a bit complicated. So I decided to take her in, and we were lucky enough to get Aaliyah (I hope I’m spelling her name right!). She made everything so easy to navigate and was incredibly kind to my mom. She’s truly a gem. I’m so grateful for her help and will always send my mom to her for any future CarMax needs.
My experience was unexpectedly outstanding. I really never thought I would say that about selling a car. I can’t say enough about the representative that helped me - Maria. I actually came in to sell the car twice. The first time I came in, the car was registered to my father with me as POA and Maria had to tell me that she couldn’t buy the car until I went to DMV and transferred the title.
