I agree with the reviews saying they're rude and unprofessional. My bad customer service experience started with Osvaldo and the guy at the welcome desk on 8/1. I had an appt to test drive a car sent there after pre-qualification online. The guy at the desk told me they don't go on the test drive and I had to buy car insurance to test drive. Other dealerships do not do that. I began doing the insurance purchase on my phone and Osvaldo interrupted us and took me to a desk and immediately told me the lender wanted 4200 down. H... read more

I just recently got a car here 5 months ago and the car started consuming oil. They want to charge me for a diagnostic inspection. Max care dont even waste your money on it. They want to charge me for the worn piston rings
