I've had an absolutely terrible experience with carmax. I went and purchased a 2023 kia and still to date, 5 months later have not received my title. I let them know two months after that I did not receive it, and they supposedly requested a new title. I had to drive an hour back to the dealership to sign more paperwork. 2 more months pass and still no title. I called and spoke to a person who looked up the dmv record and stated the manager never re submitted the paperwork. I am now still without my title. Frustration does n... read more
I would absolutely not use this dealership. They have issues getting your title to you. I purchase a new car outright and have had nothing but issues from them and DMV to get a clean, good title. I am about to seek an attorney on this matter. I would advise you go anywhere else.
