Third vehicle, and I am still impressed.
It was ok. We spent hours there & when it was time to go I was told that they were going to wash my new car & fill up the gas, They did a half ass job on washing & did not fill up gas. The next day I called them because the cover for the back seat was missing the work order was put in & here it is almost a month later still no cover. I left a few messages & apparently they are still waiting on the parts department to give them an eta on when it will be here. I recently purchased a vehicle from a different Carmax location but had a minor cosmetic issue with a side mirror that needed repair. The service center at this location left me beyond impressed! The woman that helped me (wish I had noted her name!) was incredibly friendly and seemed genuinely eager to help.
