The Live Oak location is one of the worst. We get told one thing then get there and are told something different. They do not do what they say they will do, and they schedule appointments then the car salesman is not there. He is conveniently off, a fact he did not state to us. We come from out of town and the car that we were assured by a person and their own system, was there, was in fact not.
