Carmax was an outstanding experience. Specifically, Cassie J. Was an outstanding Business office associate. She was thorough, diligent and professional, and guiding me through the process
Outstanding experience. My name was called right on time for my express appointment and Cassie had me out the door in my free Lyft ride home in 20 minutes with my bank draft and instructions on the registration and insurance for a sold vehicle.
Too expensive. Also no sales reps available. Needed to wait 1.5 hours for sales rep. They said I should’ve scheduled an appointment.
3rd car I have sold to Carmax over the years and the experience has always been seamless and positive
