Extremely easy online process that presents you an offer before you even gone to the office. Customer service representatives were excellent as well. Three stars because I feel as though the offer they made online was extremely low, And I figured after they had a chance to inspect the vehicle that a more fair offer would be presented. I am extremely disappointed with CarMax Potomac Mills and their misleading MaxCare warranty. I was sold on the idea that MaxCare would offer peace of mind and comprehensive protection, but when I actually needed to use it, I found out it does NOT cover OEM parts — only cheap aftermarket ones. To make matters worse, I had to pay out-of-pocket for the difference in parts and labor charges because the shop wouldn't install inferior parts.
