My overall experience was positive. The staff were friendly, and the facility was clean and pleasant. Everyone I encountered was welcoming—except for the service manager. I noticed during my visit last week that he seemed less approachable and did not greet clients as the rest of the team did.
LOVED IT! Sold my car to CarMax in Puyallup. I got the best price for very little time and left with a check. Jazmin was friendly and knowledgeable! Why would anyone do anything else?
There were multiple issues with my car at the time of my purchase that should have already been fixed, I had to schedule an appointment 2 weeks later to have them fix these problems. I was 5 minutes late because of traffic so everyone went to lunch instead of helping and then they canceled my appointment and are making me wait 10 days for the next opening. Very Disrespectful

This place is pretty unhelpful with what I needed. The offers to sell a car came in 5 different emails while I was there with an initial offer on a vehicle I was very thorough about. The tech who'd rove my vehicle also has no mechanical experience because they noted loud shifting noises. I just sold my vehicle for 3500 and they offered me 1200, then 500, then 150. They're ridiculous
