Buyer beware, they sell MaxCare with under assumption the deductible is all you will have to pay when needing a repair. Just found out, that even when using their "in network" repair shops, they can charge you whatever they want over the repair cost. Leaving you responsible for the difference. Mine was a minor part, and I paid $300 over my deductible.
I made a review already about the delivery driver! Now I want to mention how I had an issue with my new truck! I drove it down there and they made it right! No fight, no hassle! Also, I want to mention Rocky for helping me through what I needed, and Sara S in services! They both really made things happen! I am impressed with customer service!!!
I had a wonderful driver deliver my truck! He was just so kind and it went so easily! His name is Mike! Great job Mike. I was a bit sad my truck smelt like dog! Dog hair gave away what it was lol. Other than that, this was overall fantastic and I will never go to a car dealership again! Thanks CarMax!
I had the greatest pleasure of working with Rocky and Jac I didn’t buy anything, was just there to sell my car but was of course exploring my options needless to say I wasn’t having a good day but they definitely turned it around for me they are just some great people, great conversation definitely the person you want to buy your car from.
