Very helpful didn't try to up-sell us. Listened to all our questions, made notes, and showed us that everything we asked was entered is the system. Will definitely come back for our next car.
Spent over an hour waiting and looking at cars waiting to test drive only to find out that someone online just put a hold on the car for 5 days. I would have bought it tonight but now I won’t go back. Very disappointed that an in person customer isn’t given the same courtesy as someone who might come in a few days and might buy a car.
Would definitely recommend checking out carmax for selling or buying a car. Place was clean, people were so nice and my experience was great
The employees are usually pretty nice, but they lack specific knowledge on their inventory. The car I test drove felt dirty and left my hands feeling off. I appreciate how they usually offer more than competitors do when you're trying to sell, but it seems like they are a bit slow.
