Friendly personnel making u feel comfortable that u arrived. Best number for our vehicle. Process getting quote until receiving funds was efficient without long wait as all depts seemed to work together seemlessly to take care of this customer. Good customer service obviously good training. Rare these days.
Extremely long wait time for a car appraisal, I had seen them selling the same kind of vehicle as mine above 11,500. and mine was very comparable with low mileage same as theirs and good condition with maintenance records. I received my appraisal as everything really good, But they handed me a offer price of 2500.00 I wasn't expecting anything around 11k I know they have to make something.. But that was way beyond sorry, As you know sure enough they would of turned around and sold it for around 11k because mine was the same... read more
Great experience. Loaded documents online so once at dealership it was fast and easy.
If you buy a car from Carmax DO NOT also finance it through them. They have a terrible finance system through a 3rd party that is horrible. Terrible customer service!!
