I wanted to take a moment and write a quick review of my family’s experience with CarMax. This past Saturday my 19 year old daughter let us know she was ready to get her 1st newish car. Little side note she has been working to get her credit score up into the mid 700’s and a good down payment. Anissa with amazing. My experience was amazing. David - Service department was super helpful, very detailed about the service to do and patient about my questions.
Everything was so easy, from describing my car online, to the final check being handed to me. The staff was very informative and polite. It was a great experience and I highly recommend.
