This was my son’s first car buying experience and everyone we encountered made it a very positive experience
The only reason they got 5 Stars is it didn’t offer 6 stars as an option. Why would you sell your car the any other dealer. I literally got $4500 more than the next best dealer offer and I got a bunch. The appraisal can be done in a matter of minutes (online too). The payment process took 30 minutes. Easy peasy! Briza’s the best. Love these guys!

Long story short after along10 hour day dealing with 2 other dealerships. Carmax McKinney had the vehicle I wanted and made it happen. Micah, I believe the sales Manager is a wonderful person. She went above and beyond for me. I had a terrible migraine and just was ready to be done. She could tell I was over it and just absolutely took care of me and is such a wonderful person. As long as Micah is there I will 100% be going to the McKinney Location for my next purchase.
