THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE! I WENT IN TO BUY A CAR AND I WAS IGNORED. When I walked in I was told it was going be 15 to 20 minutes YET I WAS NEVER SEEN. I sat there for 2 hours just to never get seen. Please never go to this carmax of McKinney.
We went in to handle some business; my English isn't very good, but the staff member—a woman whose name I’ve unfortunately forgotten—provided excellent service. She was warm, welcoming, and extremely patient. If I have any vehicle-related issues in the future, I will definitely choose to return to this shop.
