CarMax gave me a great deal on purchasing my Mazda CX 30 SUV. Their service reps were very professional and quick. I was able to trade in my old truck with 303000 miles on it with a firm quote from CarMax which they honored. The financing was excellent including the rate and years. I'd recommend CarMax to anyone thinking about buying both new and used vehicles. You won't be disappointed!

I recently purchased a 2019 Chevy Equinox from CarMax. They were very professional, kind and courteous. I used the express checkout. Uploading documents needed was easy. Going to my car was easy after that. Would definitely recommend getting a car from CarMax.
Seemed great at first. Bought a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica at a good price. But within a week, the side mirror fell off, rendering the car unsafe to drive. It's fine, they have a warranty! But the soonest appointment was weeks away. So for weeks, no car--and this was while I was moving, making it even more inconvenient to be down a vehicle.
