Extremely Unprofessional Hiring Process I had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience with CarMax’s hiring process. After Freddy and Abdullah were 30 minutes late to the opening interview (3/18) I then received a call about a follow up interview the next day (3/19) which Abdullah was then 45 minutes late to. The same day Abdullah offered me the position to which and agreed and left my employer at the day (as previously discussed in the interview process) I then expected timely communication and professionalism.
