It was very pleasant and informative. The salesman Jared who helped me was very patient and so very polite. Everyone should have the experience I had. It was a 10 out of 10.
Carmax is beginning to feel like a car dealership. And that’s not a good thing. They say they inspect the cars, but I keep finding issues that they don’t want to fix.
