RecommendedSteve, Megan, and Javier at carmax were absolutely awesome. Me and my wife drove 2 hours out of our way to look at a specific vehicle and it was so worth it. The process was a bit frustrating because we had zero phone service to pull up information, metro sucks at this particular location. But, everyone was very patient and everyone had great sense of humors which worked for us because we can be a bit ridiculous. Amazing experience all around and the vehicle we bought is perfect.

7/4/20- down to 1 Star from 2 so we decided to take Interior apart bc after 1 year of driving this Van we found out the source of the smell, ROACH CRAP/MIERDA/POOP EVERYWHERE. Our 7/4 wasted cleaning every single part my fingers hurt. We could not believe how bad, disgusting this car was beneath these carpets and seats. Horrible warranty policy, try to push you to Factory dealer when you purchase their $1500 MaxCare warranty.

CARMAX DAYTONA HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...CHRISTY IN SERVICE NEVER RETURN CALLS AND WHEN I BROUGHT THIS TOBTHE MANAGERS ATTENTION SHE SAID IT WAS OK. THEY SOLD ME A VEHICLE THAT WAS A DUD, HAS ALOT OF ISSUES AND THEY DONT WANT TO MAKE IT RIGHT!
