It was a simple and fast experience selling my car. The staff was friendly and efficient. They also honored the online estimate! The only recommendation would be to have a coffee machine in the waiting area. But I will definitely be back either way!
CarMax is a great company but don't be fooled by their extended warranty. Don't buy the JM&A extended warranty. It's not what it used to be.
