I had a great customer service experience, didn't know they didn't accept credit cards as payment but it makes sense functionality wise as they are a national chain that sells pre-owned cars that have been leased or bought off. I went in looking for a specific make, got the model I wanted by also trading in a car I would've got less for if I sold private or went through another dealership. Bought a car here today. Jamey was our salesperson and they were great. We needed some extra documents but they worked with me and accepted me emailing electronic docs over to them. Brodey sat with us for the final signing and he was great too. All in all it was a great experience. Would recommend.
I called ahead and made an appointment to test drive an Impreza on their lot. After driving over from Bellevue, I wasn't able to do that due to either sheer incompetence, or a complete disregard for customer time and money. They wanted me to donate my truck to them. They offered me $500.00 The truck is worth $6000.00 wasted my time n gas had me wait 3 hours for nothing. Won't ever go back.
