Called and told the guy my story. A loan was taken out in my name for a vehicle. In the end the vehicle was required to be forfeit to me since it was in my name. I owed more than it was worth and since I now had possession of the vehicle. I also had the debt. The person on the phone at Carmax directed me to the website and said they could help and buy the car. I would be responsible for the remainder of the loan.
