Good experience with the process of choosing and buying the car. TERRIBLE experience with everything after. The business office is horrible. My regular plates did not come in even after two months, after they promised me them in 4 weeks. When I inquired, they got defensive and said I needed to go to the DMV. I do not pay dealership prices to have to go to the DMV to do something Carmax themselves promised they’d do. Thus far the process has been far from painless. I recieved a call after 8pm a few days ago about having my car delivered. Salesman said it WOULD be delivered between 11am and 12pm this upcoming Saturday. I was going to drive over to get it done. But that 1 hour window was less time than it would be to drive. Then the start of this Friday morning I recieve a text saying the paperwork has to be done by 5pm and that the delivery window is now a 4 hour stretch from 11am-3pm Saturday.
