Took a bit of time but they reappraised and gave me more money than the offer I had online. Everyone working here was very friendly and helpful. The lyft ride home after selling my car was an even better bonus!
Amazing company bought a car here on financing the staff is amazing, just had some work done and they reimbursed me as i had to have it done at Les swabs they wouldn't let me leave, as it had a bad tie rod. the staff was awesome and i went in with the receipt and got cash for what i had to do. really awesome place, and I'm loving my car, i got from them. I had a deeply frustrating experience with CarMax and would caution anyone with a Canadian-spec vehicle to think twice before going through their process. Before driving all the way up to their Lynnwood location, I called multiple times to confirm that my car, which was legally imported into the U.S., properly titled and registered in Washington, and displays miles per hour digitally, would be eligible for purchase.
