As a Dealer I will never use Carmax auctions ever again to source my vehicles do to my experience with carmax of Norwood. In less then 2 months time and only 3 visits I have purchased 5 vehicles, all having unannounced issues, however that happens all the time. My issue is with the staff, extremely unprofessional with little to no knowledge and absolutely no respect for people’s time they waste. DEALERS BEWARE!
Went to trade my Honda Fit here. Although I didn't sell it here, they were very professional and gave me a fear value. I ended up trading it in to another lease. In lieu of that experience I wanted to actually find out what it was like working here because everybody was so happy and helpful. Today I am now an employee as a sales professional ready to make some happy customers. The great thing about the Norwood MA CarMax is it has major advantages being located close to Boston and on the automile.
